Joe Heneghan

Joe Heneghan, Owner of Heneghan, White, Cutting & Rice Insurance Agency has been in the insurance business as an agent, broker, producer, and now agency owner, since 1982. Joe has a Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University and has been involved in a multitude of church, civic, and professional organizations for many years.

Joe and his staff of qualified employees provide an active interest in their client's insurance to provide their service in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. By taking an active role in customer claims, Joe and his staff, can help guide their customers through the claims process to help ease their concerns and help the claim settlement go through in a smooth manner.

Kathy Range

Kathy has 26 years insurance experience.  Her background consists of 20 years in sales and in addition 18 years in agency management.  Kathy enjoys building relationships with her customers and the opportunity to continue to offer the most favorable fit for their insurance needs with our wide variety of insurance carriers. Kathy grew up in Jerseyville where she then raised her two sons as well.  Kathy’s favorite season is summer where she enjoys fun in the sun activities with friends and family.

Ray specializes in all areas of commercial insurance, as well as home, auto, life insurance, farm, and health. Prior to joining Heneghan, White, Cutting, & Rice in 2012, Ray worked as a commercial underwriter, a consultant, and spent many years working with State & Federal agencies in the area of regulation. "I like to work on difficult commercial accounts and solve problems for people. And having as many companies as we do allows me to find the best package at the best price for our clients. " Ray graduated from Jersey Community High School and Quincy University, and has called Jersey County home for over 30 years.
